United Airlines a Disgrace
Needed to change ONE DETAIL on a booking with United Airlines. Called them up. Was passed from one computer system to the next for five minutes. Finally told I was being passed on to an agent, and that the wait would be 3 minutes.
30 minutes later was still on hold.
